  Was expecting to be best hotel in the Port Lincoln area, however were disappointed with room and service. The foyer and downstairs restaurants are great with good food and modern decor. The room (although the cheapest option) had a few drawbacks. After requesting one large bed (which was an option presented to me), I was given two small beds, which I was assured were queens, but they felt more like doubles. On the first morning I was woken up by room service coming into the room even though a do not disturb sign was hanging from the handle. The spray in the shower was very narrow, more resembling a hose than a shower. Also, the air conditioner just stopped working on last day. The hotel's location and views are fantastic. The rooms seem to need an update to keep up with the lovely foyer and restaurant areas. Will likely look for a different place to stay on any next visits to Port Lincoln.
